Yes. The estate can settle the whole annual bill in one transfer, or pass it through as a line item on each resident's annual levy.
Their seat releases. The next resident moving into that unit picks up the remainder of the year at no extra cost.
Pricing is denominated in GBP. We accept payment in GBP, USD, EUR, NGN, KES, ZAR and GHS — the conversion uses the day's mid-market rate and is shown on every invoice.
Yes. Unused months (rounded up) are refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.
Primary infrastructure runs in Frankfurt and Cape Town with daily encrypted backups. Data residency for individual estates can be negotiated for the Enterprise tier.
