Service terms.

CoHiv provides software-as-a-service for residential estates and communities. The estate is the operator and data controller; CoHiv is the platform provider and data processor.

Registration is free for the estate. A 60-day trial period applies from registration, during which all modules are unlocked for all users at no cost. After the trial, billing is £9.99 per homeowner or resident account per year, payable in GBP or local-currency equivalent at the day's mid-market rate. Guards, domestic staff, vendors and committee members are not billed.

Unused months (rounded up) are refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.

You agree not to use the platform to harass, defraud or impersonate other users, nor to upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.

CoHiv's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by the estate in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Either party may terminate at any time. Estate data is exportable on demand and is retained for 90 days post-termination before deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise required by the local jurisdiction of the estate.
